Palo Alto Networks is a global cybersecurity company based in California. They provide cybersecurity to over 70,000 customers across 150 countries. Their brand mission is to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life, and to help create a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before.

In my first year partnering with the brand, we grew our engagement rate from around 1% to an average of 4.3%, well above the industry benchmark of 2.4%. I helped accomplish this by shifting focus from quantity to quality, establishing platform differentiation, trend research, and developing a consistent brand tone & voice across all social channels.
